Common use of Waiver by the Company Clause in Contracts

Waiver by the Company. The Company hereby waives absolutely and irrevocably any claim which it may have against any of the Subsidiary Borrowers by reason of any payment to the Banks or any Agent or to any other Person pursuant to or in respect of the guarantee set forth in this Section 9, including any claim by way of subrogation, contribution, reimbursement, indemnity or otherwise.
