Common use of Waiver and Severability Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Severability. Any failure or delay in exercising a right or remedy at law or in equity shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor a waiver of any other rights or remedies, in or under this Agreement, at any time. Any waiver of a right or remedy is required to be in writing signed by the Party waiving such right or remedy. If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired.
