Wage Records. 5.8.2.1 The Design/Builder and each subcontractor shall keep or cause to be kept an accurate record (certified payroll) showing the names and occupations of all laborers, workers and mechanics employed by him in connection with the execution of this Agreement or any subcontract executed under it and showing also the actual per diem wages paid to each of said workers, using the Public Works Payroll Reporting Form, including certification (DIR Form A-1-131 or current version). The Design/Builder and each subcontractor shall upload the certified payroll reports, and Statement of Employer Payments (DIR Form PW 26) directly to the California Department of Industrial Relations through the eCPR application using PDF to the DIR at xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xx.xxx/ecpr/DAS/AltLogin or current application and URL weekly or within ten (10) days of any request by the District or the DIR .

Wage Records. The Employer shall keep a time and wages record in which the following shall be correctly recorded: i. The name of the Employee covered by this Agreement. ii. The grade and employment classification of the Employee. iii. The hours worked by the Employee including starting and finishing times, recorded on authorised electronic time sheets in the payroll system available to the Employee. Meal break times shall be at mutual agreement between the Employer and Employee on each shift. iv. Alternative Holiday Days and taking of those Days.

Copies provided will include one, which has the name and social security numbers marked out.

  • Time Records An employee must record all hours worked in each workday in a manner to be determined by the Town.

  • Transit Records 7.6.1 CenturyLink and CLEC will exchange wireline network usage data originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible.   • Client Records 26.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided under the terms of this Contract in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, Project records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and voucher records.   • Files and Records A. An employee will have the right to review the contents of files concerning the employee, excluding initial references of the district pertaining to said employee or other items statutorily exempt from disclosure originating after initial employment, and to have a representative of the Association accompany him/her in such a review.

  • Payroll Records 6.34.1 Contractor and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1776. Such compliance includes the obligation to furnish the records specified in Section 1776 directly to the Labor Commissioner in an electronic format, or other format as specified by the Commissioner, in the manner provided by Labor Code Section 1771.4.

  • Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, the New PC or its designee shall have reasonable access during normal business hours to the New PC's and the MSO's records, including, but not limited to, records of collections, expenses and disbursements as kept by the MSO in performing the MSO's obligations under this Agreement, and the New PC may copy any or all such records.

  • Contractor’s Records The Contractor shall keep true and accurate accounts, records, books and data which shall correctly reflect the business transacted by the Contractor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. These records shall be stored in Orange County for a period of three (3) years after final payment is received from the County. Storage of records in another county will require written approval from the County of Orange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent.
