WAGE RATES / REMUNERATION. In recognition of the efficiencies and productivity measures contained herein the following increases shall be available to Employees covered by this Agreement:
WAGE RATES / REMUNERATION. The wage rates set out in Appendix A apply over the life of the Agreement. Rates apply on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence after the date indicated. The wage rates set out in Appendix A shall apply over the life of the Agreement for the calculation of Long Service Leave entitlements, payment in lieu of notice entitlements and for any calculation of employee redundancy pay entitlements.

In recognition of the efficiencies and productivity measures contained herein the following increases will be available to employees covered by this Agreement: The parties have agreed that following approval of FWC, the wage increase of 3% will be retrospectively applied on and from the first full pay period on or after 1 January 2021. Each subsequent year of the Agreement (I January 2022, and 1 January 2023) the wage increase of 3% will be applied on and from the first full pay period.
