Wage freeze. At the pre-bid meeting the Contractor and Union may agree, in writing, that the hourly wage rates and fringe benefits in effect on the bid date will prevail for an agreed upon period of time from the date of the Contract Award. In any event, on all construction work performed under this Agreement, on construction projects not to exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00), the hourly wage rates and fringe benefits in effect on the bid date shall prevail for a period of two (2) years from the date of the Notice to Proceed and thereafter at the current wage level.

Wage freeze. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, it is agreed and understood that on all construction work performed under this Agreement the Employer shall be required to pay no more than the hourly wage rates and fringe benefits, as prevailed by the State of West Virginia which are in effect on the bid opening date, for the duration of the project.
Wage freeze. All wage rates and salaries currently in effect will be frozen at their current levels. The Cost of Living Adjustments (“COLAs”) and step increases set forth in the CBA shall be delayed until June 30, 2021, at which time they shall be restored.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.

  • Hourly Employees A new hourly employee shall be on probation for the first year of continuous employment. The employer shall have the right to extend the probationary period by one (1) year if the employee receives a less than satisfactory evaluation. During such probationary period, the employee may be disciplined, suspended or discharged by the Employer for reasons satisfactory to the Employer. Paid leave time shall serve as part of continuous employment.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • BEREAVEMENT/TANGIHANGA LEAVE 15.1 The employer shall approve special bereavement leave on pay for an employee to discharge any obligation and/or to pay respects to a deceased person with whom the employee has had a close association. Such obligations may exist because of blood or family ties or because of particular cultural requirements such as attendance at all or part of a Tangihanga (or its equivalent). The length of time off shall be at the discretion of the employer.

  • London Living Wage 38.1 Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement, the Grant Recipient shall (and will ensure that their consultants, contractors and sub-contractors shall):

  • Transportation Employees 20.1 Bus drivers shall be paid for actual time worked.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.
