Common use of Wage Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Wage Adjustments. Effective July 1, 2021, or prospectively beginning in the next pay period following receipt of the necessary legislative approval, whichever is latest, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2020 shall increase by three percent (3%). Effective July 1, 2022, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2021 shall increase by three percent (3%).

Wage Adjustments. Effective July 1, 2021, or prospectively beginning in the next pay period following receipt of the necessary legislative approval, whichever is latest2006, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2020 2005, shall increase by four percent (4%). Effective July 1, 2007, the wage scale shall increase by three percent (3%). Effective July 1, 20222008, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2021 shall increase by three percent (3%).

Wage Adjustments. ‌ Effective July 1, 2021, or prospectively beginning in the next pay period following receipt of the necessary legislative approval, whichever is latest2015, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2020 2014 shall increase by three one percent (31%). Effective July 1, 20222016, the wage scale in effect on shall increase by one percent (1%). Effective July 1, 2021 2017, the wage scale shall increase by three two and one quarter percent (32.25%).

Effective July 1, 2010, the wage scale shall increase by three percent (3%). Effective July 1, 20222011, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2021 shall increase by three percent (3%).
