WAC Rate. (2) For any Distribution Date (and the related Interest Accrual Period) this Pooling-Tier REMIC-2 Regular Interest shall bear interest at a per annum rate (its "Pooling-Tier REMIC-2 Interest Rate") equal to the weighted average of the Pooling-Tier REMIC-1 Interest Rates on the Pooling-Tier REMIC-1 Regular Interests having an "A" in their class designation, provided that, on each Distribution Date on which interest is distributable on the Corresponding Pooling-Tier REMIC-2 IO Interest, this Pooling-Tier REMIC-2 Regular Interest shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to Swap LIBOR subject to a maximum rate equal to the weighted average of the Pooling-Tier REMIC-1 Interest Rates on the Pooling-Tier REMIC-1 Regular Interests having an "A" in their class designation.
