Common use of Voting at Meetings Clause in Contracts

Voting at Meetings. To be entitled to vote at any meeting of Holders, a Person shall be (i) a Holder at the relevant record date set in accordance with Section 6.15 or (ii) a Person appointed by an instrument in writing as proxy for a Holder or Holders by such Holder or Holders. The only Persons who shall be entitled to be present or to speak at any meeting of Holders shall be the Person so entitled to vote at such meeting and their counsel and any representatives of the Trustee and its counsel and any representatives of the Company and any Subsidiary Guarantor and their counsel.

Voting at Meetings. To be entitled to vote at any meeting of Holders, a Person shall be (i) a Holder at the relevant record date set in accordance with Section 6.15 or (ii) a Person appointed by an instrument in writing as proxy for a Holder or Holders by such Holder or Holders. The only Persons who shall be entitled to be present or to speak at any meeting of Holders shall be the Person Persons so entitled to vote at such meeting and their counsel and any representatives of the Trustee and its counsel and any representatives of the Company Issuer and any Subsidiary Guarantor and their counsel.
