Voluntary Transfer. 1The voluntary transfer procedure of this Section 2.2 shall be exhausted prior to the District filling a vacant position with a new employee from an eligibility list. A bargaining Unit Member may file An employee must have been assigned to the work location from which a transfer is sought for at least six (6) months prior to requesting a transfer. When an employee desires to transfer, the employee must fill out the appropriate District form and submit it to his/her Area Facilities Services Director/administrator for approval. Voluntary Transfer. 1All vacancies for non-management licensed positions for the following school year, including new positions, will be posted in the Administrative Services Office, and on the District web page for a period of five (5) full days, with days being defined as the days the District Office is open, for the purpose of allowing interested and qualified licensed personnel to apply for transfer to that position. Voluntary transfers can only take place between positions with the same job description. Half-time teachers may apply for transfer to a full-time position; however, they must meet all other requirements of this article. Voluntary Transfer. 1All vacancies for non-management licensed positions for the following school year, including new positions, will be posted in the Administrative Services Office, and on the District web page for a period of five (5) full days, with days being defined as the days the District Office is open, for the purpose of allowing interested and qualified licensed personnel to apply for transfer to that position. Voluntary transfers can only take place between positions with the same job description. Half-time teachers may apply for transfer to a full-time position; however, they must meet all other requirements of this article. Voluntary Transfer. 10:8.1 Employees who desire to transfer to another assignment, location, classification, or program should a position become open must submit a Transfer Request form to the Division of Human Resources between May 1 and June 1. This form shall allow the employee to request a first and second choice for transfer. The form shall specify specific requirements, including physical requirements, of positions in certain locations. The request shall be valid during the transfer period unless it is rescinded by July 1.

Voluntary Transfer. 1All vacancies for non-management licensed positions for the following school year, including new positions, will be posted in the Administrative Services Office, and on the District web page for a period of five (5) full days, with days being defined as the days the District Office is open, for the purpose of allowing interested and qualified licensed personnel to apply for transfer to that position. Voluntary transfers can only take place between positions with the same job description. Half-time teachers may apply for transfer to a full-time position; however, they must meet all other requirements of this article. A bargaining Unit Member may file Request for Transfer form must be submitted to the principal of the site with the vacancy and a request for copy to the Human Resources Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the five day transfer period. The interview team shall consist of the sitesupervisor, a District designee and two Association appointees. This team shall have the option to appoint additional members by mutual agreement.
