Common use of Voluntary Shift Exchange Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Shift Exchange. When operational requirements permit, employees may exchange shifts among themselves provided that: prior approval of exchange is given by the employee’s supervisor or designate. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; and
