Voluntary Retirement. The Manager may, subject to clause 16.5, resign on giving to the Trustee (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) and the Note Trustee not less than 120 days' notice in writing (or such other period as the Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.
