Voluntary Resignation without Good Reason. In the event that the Executive resigns for other than Good Reason as defined above in Section 5(f), Executive will be entitled only to payment of those benefits listed in Section 5(a). The Company will have no further obligation to pay any compensation of any kind (including without limitation any bonus or portion of a bonus that otherwise may have become due and payable to Executive with respect to the fiscal year in which such termination date occurs), or severance payment of any kind.

Voluntary Resignation without Good Reason. In the event that the Executive voluntarily resigns for without Good Reason on or after the Effective Date, the Executive shall not receive any payments, benefits, or other amounts provided by this Agreement (but shall still be subject to the restrictive covenants set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement) other than Good Reason as defined above in Section 5(f), Executive will be entitled only to payment of those benefits listed in Section 5(a)required under applicable law.
