Volume of Services. In considering whether adjustments to the Hospital’s Approved Regulated Revenue are warranted for shifts in market share, the changes in the service levels of the Hospital and of other hospitals in the Hospital’s Service Area (i.e., its PSA and its SSA) will need to be calculated for selected services. These service levels will be calculated for the Base Year and for each Rate Year.

Volume of Services. In considering whether adjustments to the Hospital’s Approved Regulated Revenue are warranted for shifts in market share, the changes in the service levels of the Hospital and for the relative service levels of other service area hospitals will need to be calculated for selected services These service levels will be calculated for the Base Year and for each Rate Year. The measure of the volume of service will be calculated for the Hospital and for each other applicable hospital separately for inpatient and outpatient services The outpatient services will be converted to an inpatient equivalent volume of services. For each hospital, including the TPR Hospital, which provides services in the particular category, the hospital’s Volume of Service will be calculated as follows:
Volume of Services. The number of in-person and virtual visits you may receive is not limited by this Agreement.
Volume of Services. Contractor will provide the minimum volume of services per contract period established below. One (1) unit equals one (1) minute of service. The average level of service per enrollee shall be four and one half (4.5) hours per week.

In the event that a Services Recipient foresees a need for a material increase or decrease in any Service provided hereunder, it shall give the Service Provider reasonable notice of the scope and timing of such prospective change in Service level, and the Service Provider shall take reasonable steps to appropriately adjust its capacity to deliver such Service, including addition or reduction of staff, addition of equipment, etc. Additional costs incurred for any expansion of Service shall be allocated between the parties pursuant to Section 10 hereof and any relevant provision of the specific Statement of Work covering such Service.
