Common use of Volume Discounts Clause in Contracts

Volume Discounts. In exchange for AOL committing to the capacity set ---------------- forth in Section 1.1 ("Commitments"), NETSTREAM agrees to provide the following discounts to AOL during the term of the agreement; (a) For Modem orders that result in a total installed Modem base of between [*] and [*] Modems, a cumulative discount of [*] will be applied to the combined per Modem cost for the entire Modem base, including the newly ordered Modems. (b) For Modem orders that result in a total installed Modem base of between [*] and [*] Modems, a cumulative discount of [*] will be applied to the combined per Modem cost for the entire Modem base, including the newly ordered Modems. (c) For Modem orders that result in a total installed Modem base of greater than [*] Modems, a cumulative discount of [*] will be applied to the combined per Modem cost for the entire Modem base, including the newly ordered Modems.
