The Voice Mail Service clause defines the terms under which a voice mail feature is provided as part of a telecommunications or service agreement. Voice Mail Service. Voice Mail Service is not a Telecommunications Service subject to resale under this Agreement. Where offered, CLEC may purchase Voice Mail Service and related services for its End Users at CenturyLink’s retail rates; however, no resale discount applies.
Voice Mail Service. 2.3.10.1. KMC shall have the right to resell Sprint voice mail services obtained from Sprint at the retail rate. Such services are not telecommunication services and are not subject to the wholesale discount.

Sprint shall make available CF-B/DA (Call Forward on Busy/Don't Answer), CF/B (Call Forward on Busy), and CF/DA (Call Forward Don't Answer) feature capabilities allowing for Voice Mail services.

Where available to AT&T’s customers, AT&T shall provide the following Telecommunications Services at a discount, as set forth in the Pricing Schedule, for use in conjunction with voice mail services: Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) stutter dial tone and message waiting light feature capabilities. CF/Busy (Call Forward Busy Line). CF/DA (Call Forward Don’t Answer). The services listed in AT&T’s Messaging Services Information Package shall be made available for resale, without the wholesale discount, in conjunction with other tariff services offered for resale.
