Visiting Professors. The President in consultation with the ▇▇▇▇ and Faculty may accept offers from persons not employed by AST to teach up to two courses in a single academic year. Such persons will not receive compensation from AST, but may be furnished with an office and equipment at the discretion of the Employer. It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that the appointment of Visiting Professors may be used to fill in for course releases or sabbaticals. No person shall be appointed as a Visiting Professor for more than twelve consecutive months.
