Visiting Animals. The pet policy pertains to LMHA resident’s pets. Visiting animals are not permitted, except for assistance animals. “Pet Sitting” on LMHA property is prohibited. Residents residing within the same building are permitted to provide temporary care for another resident’s pet.

Visiting Animals. If an animal will be visiting your apartment, the Resident must receive prior written approval from the Eastdale Village Management. If Eastdale Village is not informed of a visiting dog, there will be a $100 fee to the Resident. This agreement is an addendum to the Lease by which resident leases the premises listed above, and upon execution by all parties shall become a part thereof. The breach of any term of this Animal Agreement shall be deemed a breach of the Lease and subject to all remedies available under state law. Visiting Animals. If a tenant has a visiting animal, the tenant and visiting animal must abide by and follow all the rules in the Animal Agreement Policy. If the visit extends more than an aggregate of fourteen (14) days and/or nights in any twelve (12) month period, the tenant will need to register the animal; and if the animal is a pet, pay the deposit.
Visiting Animals. Tenants or guests must not bring unregistered animals onto the premises for visits or pet sitting without management approval. Tenants shall not care for pets of others in their apartment. Tenants are prohibited from feeding or harboring stray or wild animals. Service / companion animals are exempt from this rule and are allowed to accompany disabled visitors during their visit only and must leave when the visitor leaves. It is recommended that visitors requiring service / companion animals identify an animal as a service / companion animal to management when bringing onto the property.

  • Service Animals Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.

  • Infectious Diseases The Employer and the Union desire to arrest the spread of infectious diseases in the nursing home. To achieve this objective, the Joint Health and Safety Committee may review and offer input into infection control programs and protocols including surveillance, outbreak control, isolation, precautions, worker education and training, and personal protective equipment. The Employer will provide training and ongoing education in communicable disease recognition, use of personal protective equipment, decontamination of equipment, and disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Anti-Money Laundering and Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Programs The Trust acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to review, consider and comment upon the written procedures provided by USBFS describing various tools used by USBFS which are designed to promote the detection and reporting of potential money laundering activity by monitoring certain aspects of shareholder activity as well as written procedures for verifying a customer’s identity (collectively, the “Procedures”). Further, the Trust has determined that the Procedures, as part of the Trust’s overall anti-money laundering program and the Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention program, are reasonably designed to prevent the Fund from being used for money laundering or the financing of terrorist activities and to achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 and the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and the implementing regulations thereunder. Based on this determination, the Trust hereby instructs and directs USBFS to implement the Procedures on the Trust’s behalf, as such may be amended or revised from time to time. It is contemplated that these Procedures will be amended from time to time by the parties as additional regulations are adopted and/or regulatory guidance is provided relating to the Trust’s anti-money laundering and identity theft responsibilities.
