Common use of Visitations Clause in Contracts

Visitations. Visitations will be approved for the purpose of sharing ideas, methods and techniques that will enhance professional growth. Such leave will be without loss of pay or benefits. A total of fifteen (15) inter-district visitations and thirty (30) half-day intra-district visitations will be permitted each year. Applications will be presented to the Association President. Association President will approve or deny Visitations.

Applications will be presented to the District Human Resources Office, and the District shall consult with a representative appointed by the Association President. prior to granting a visitation, so that the Association President will approve or deny Visitationsmay have input into the process of selecting appropriate visitations and candidates.
