VISION INSURANCE COVERAGE. Effective July 1, 2010 the Employer shall pay eighty-nine percent (89%) of the cost of the individual or family vision insurance plan, whichever is applicable, for each full-time bargaining unit member (Vision Service Plan, VSP, Plan C). Bargaining unit members choosing to participate in the employer’s health insurance program must complete all necessary paperwork with the Treasurer within thirty (30) calendar days of an insurance orientation (Appendix Q) to be provided by the Treasurer. The insurance orientation shall take place within thirty (30) calendar days of Board approval of contract.

VISION INSURANCE COVERAGE. All members employed by the District as of June 30, 2008 working 7.01-8.00 hours per day the Board will pay 90% of the premiums for paid Vision insurance comparable to VSP III according to the employee’s family status.
VISION INSURANCE COVERAGE. MCOE shall provide and pay the full premium on a three (3) tiered rate structure for eligible unit members, their domestic partners, and their eligible dependents with vision insurance coverage on Option C through Vision Service Plan. An employee who does not enroll an eligible dependent into the vision plan during the appropriate eligibility period may waive the right to enroll that dependent according to CVT policy See Human Resources for Plan Document.
VISION INSURANCE COVERAGE. 13.1 The Board shall provide a vision insurance plan for all full-time employees. Coverage included in the vision plan shall be determined through the meet and confer process between the Association and the Board. The carrier shall be determined by the Board after consultation with the Association. The District will provide Vision Plan C. Family coverage may be added at the MASA member’s expense.
