Common use of Vision Care Program Clause in Contracts

Vision Care Program. The Employer shall provide and pay the premium for vision care equal to or better than the Blue Cross ▇▇▇▇▇ Vision Plan for eligible Employees and eligible dependents during the terms of the Agreement. The Employer shall have the right to select the carrier from time to time. The Employer agrees to provide to the Membership a list of participating doctors. The Employer agrees to provide all Employees a current health benefits booklet describing the specifics of Blue Cross ▇▇▇▇▇ Vision coverage as soon as the booklet is received from the carrier in printed form.
