Common use of Visa Requirements Clause in Contracts

Visa Requirements. Each Host University will provide the necessary documentation for exchange scholars to obtain a visa to enter the host country. In order to produce this documentation, they will rely on the Home University communicating scholar information three (3) to four (4) months before the start of the Exchange Program.
