Common use of Violence Clause in Contracts

Violence. The hospital and the union agree that they have a shared goal of a workplace free of violence. To that end, the local parties will determine appropriate solutions to promote health and safety in workplaces, including, but not limited to: • Violence in the Workplace (including Verbal Abuse) • In particular, the local parties will consider appropriate measures to address violence in the workplace, which may include, among other remedies:
