Violations; punishment. Any person who or any agency, corporation or association which shall violate any of the provisions of the foregoing sections, or who or which shall aid, abet, incite or otherwise participate in the violation of any of the said provisions, whether the said violation or participation therein shall occur through action in a private, in a public, or in any official capacity, shall also be deemed guilty of a ▇▇▇▇▇ offense for each and every said violation or participation or, in the case of non- corporate violators, or participators, of a Class B misdemeanor.
