Violations Policy and Procedure. The NRMP Policies and Procedures for Reporting, Investigation, and Disposition of Violations of NRMP Agreements ("Violations Policy") may be found on the NRMP website and shall govern the handling of match violations. If the NRMP receives sufficient, credible information that a violation of this Agreement may have occurred, the NRMP may initiate an investigation in accordance with the Violations Policy. Programs must provide complete, timely and accurate information to the NRMP in connection with its violation investigation. The terms of the Violations Policy (including, but not limited to, the consequences of a confirmed violation) are incorporated herein and binding upon all Match participants.

  • Policy and Procedures If the resident leaves the facility due to hospitalization or a therapeutic leave, the facility shall not be obligated to hold the resident’s bed available until his or her return, unless prior arrangements have been made for a bed hold pursuant to the facility’s “Bed Reservation Policy and Procedure” and pursuant to applicable law. In the absence of a bed hold, the resident is not guaranteed readmission unless the resident is eligible for Medicaid and requires the services provided by the facility. However, the resident may be placed in any appropriate bed in a semi-private room in the facility at the time of his or her return from hospitalization or therapeutic leave provided a bed is available and the resident’s admission is appropriate and meets the readmission requirements of the facility.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. CCA and each Subsidiary have not failed to maintain in full force and effect any material licenses, registrations or permits necessary or proper for the conduct of its or their business, or received any notification that any revocation or limitation thereof is threatened or pending, and there is not to the knowledge of CCA pending any change under any law, regulation, license or permit which would materially adversely affect the business, operations, property or business prospects of CCA. CCA and each Subsidiary have not received any notice of violation of or been threatened with a charge of violating and are not under investigation with respect to a possible violation of any provision of any law, regulation or order. Neither CCA nor any of its Subsidiaries has at any time (i) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for domestic or foreign office or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law or (ii) made any payment to any federal or state governmental officer or official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction thereof.
