Common use of Violation of Laws Clause in Contracts

Violation of Laws. Tenant, guests and invitees of either Tenant or guests will not use the premises in such a manner that violates any law, ordinance, statutes or requirement of any municipal, state or federal authority now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the premises, occasioned by or affecting the use thereof by Tenant. Landlord shall comply with all laws, orders, ordinances, statutes or requirements now or hereafter affecting the premises.
