Common use of Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable Law that makes it a violation of law for (a) Lessee, Owner Participant, or Owner Trustee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) Owner Participant to make the Commitment available.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable applicable Law that makes it a violation of law Law for (a) Lessee, Owner Participant, or Owner Trustee any party to this Agreement to execute, deliver and perform the this Agreement and any other Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) Owner Participant to make the Commitment availableparty.
