Common use of Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

Violation of Law. Borrower shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, judgment, decree, order, writ or injunction of any federal, state or local authority, court, agency, bureau, board, commission, department or governmental body if such violation could have a Material Adverse Effect.

Violation of Law. Borrower shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and orders applicable to Borrower and its assets, including, but not violate limited to, all Environmental Laws, in each case except where the failure to do so would not result in a Material Adverse Effect, and shall promptly notify Agent of any lawmaterial violation of any material rule, regulation, statute, ordinance, order or law relating to the public health or the environment and of any complaint or notifications received by Borrower regarding any environmental or safety and health rule, regulation, judgmentstatute, decree, order, writ ordinance or injunction of any federal, state or local authority, court, agency, bureau, board, commission, department or governmental body if such violation could have a Material Adverse Effectlaw.
