Common use of Video recording Clause in Contracts

Video recording. During the Construction Period, the Mine Operator shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three) hour digital video disc or any substitute thereof, covering the status and progress of Construction Works and installation of Equipment in that quarter. The first such video recording shall be provided to the Authority within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date and thereafter, no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter.
