Video recording. The Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a [1 (one)] hour digital video covering the status of the progress of Development Works in that quarter. The first such video recording shall be provided to the Authority within [15 (fifteen)] days of the Appointed Date and thereafter, no later than [15 (fifteen)] days after the close of each quarter.
