Video Products Sample Clauses

The 'Video Products' clause defines the scope and terms related to any video-based goods or services covered by the agreement. It typically outlines what constitutes a video product, such as digital video files, streaming content, or physical media, and may specify requirements for quality, delivery format, or intellectual property rights. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what video products are included, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over deliverables or usage rights.
