Common use of Vice Presidents Clause in Contracts

Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents shall perform such duties as are given to them by this LLC Agreement or as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Managers, the Chairman of the Board, or the President, and, in the order of their seniority, or in any other order as the Board of Managers may from time to time determine, shall, in the absence of the President, have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the President, and may sign, if so authorized, in the name of the Company, deeds, mortgages, bonds and other instruments.

Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents shall perform such duties as are given to them by this LLC Operating Agreement or as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Managers, the Chairman of the Board, or the President, and, in the order of their seniority, or in any other order as the Board of Managers may from time to time determine, shall, in the absence of the President, have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the President, and may sign, if so authorized, in the name of the Company, deeds, mortgages, bonds and other instruments.

Vice Presidents. Vice Presidents. The Vice Vice-Presidents shall perform such duties on behalf of the Company as are given may be respectively assigned to them by this LLC Agreement or as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Managers, Directors or by the Chairman President. The Board of Directors may designate one of the Board, or Vice-Presidents as the Executive Vice-President, and, in the order of their seniority, or in any other order as the Board of Managers may from time to time determine, shall, and in the absence or inability of the President to act, such Executive Vice-President shall have and possess all of the powers and discharge all of the duties of the President, have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the President, and may sign, if so authorized, in the name control of the Company, deeds, mortgages, bonds and other instrumentsBoard of Directors.

Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents shall have such powers and perform such duties as are given to them by this LLC Agreement or as from time to time may be assigned to them prescribed for them, respectively, by the Board of Managers, the Chairman of the Board, Directors or by the President, and, in the order of their seniority, or in any other order as the Board of Managers may from time to time determine, shall, in the absence of the President, have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the President, and may sign, if so authorized, in the name of the Company, deeds, mortgages, bonds and other instruments.

Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents vice presidents shall perform have such powers and duties as are given to them by this LLC Agreement or as may from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Managers, Managers or the Chairman CEO. At the request of the Board, or the President, and, in the order of their seniorityCEO, or in any other order as the Board case of Managers may from time to time determinehis absence or disability, shall, the vice president designated by the CEO (or in the absence of such designation, the Presidentvice president designated by the Managers) shall perform all the duties of the CEO and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject the CEO. The authority of vice presidents to all restrictions upon the President, and may sign, if so authorized, sign in the name of the Company, Company certificates and deeds, mortgages, bonds bonds, agreements, notes and other instrumentsinstruments shall be coordinate with like authority of the CEO.
