Common use of Vice Chairman Clause in Contracts

Vice Chairman. In the absence of the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the unitholders of the MLP; and he shall have such other powers and duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors.

Vice Chairman. 5.3.1 In the absence of the Chairman of the BoardChairman, the a Vice Chairman shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors Members and of Managers, and, when so acting, shall have all the unitholders powers of and be subject to all the restrictions on the Chairman. The Vice Chairman shall advise and counsel with the Chairman and with other officers of the MLP; Company, and he each shall have do and perform such other powers and duties as the Managers may from time to time assign to him, and as the Chairman may be assigned to him by the Board of Directorsrequest.
