Common use of Vested Benefit Clause in Contracts

Vested Benefit. An employee completing the minimum continuous service requirements of subsection A., above, shall be entitled to receive a monthly benefit as determined pursuant to Section 7.01.

Vested Benefit. An employee completing the minimum continuous service requirements of subsection A.1., above, shall be entitled to receive a monthly benefit as determined pursuant to Section 7.011.

Vested Benefit. An employee completing the minimum continuous service requirements of subsection A., above, 1. above shall be entitled to receive a monthly benefit as determined pursuant to Section 7.017.12.B.1.

Vested Benefit. An employee completing the minimum continuous service requirements of subsection A., Section 5.1 above, shall be entitled to receive a monthly benefit as determined pursuant to Section 7.012.1 above.
