Common use of Verizon Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon Information. Upon request by NOS, Verizon shall make available to NOS the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and “Customer Guide” close dates, publishing data, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon also will make available to NOS, upon written request, a copy of Verizon’s alphabetical listings standards and specifications manual.

Upon request by NOSA-Tech, Verizon shall make available to NOS A-Tech the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and “Customer Guide” close dates, publishing data, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon also will make available to NOSA-Tech, upon written request, a copy of Verizon’s alphabetical listings standards and specifications manual.
