Common use of Verizon Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon Information. Upon request by GNAPS, Verizon shall make available to GNAPS the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and “Customer Guide” close dates, publishing data, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon also will make available to GNAPS, upon written request, a copy of Verizon’s alphabetical listings standards and specifications manual.

Verizon shall also will make available to GNAPSPEG, upon written request, a copy of on Verizon’s alphabetical Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications manualspecifications.
