Common use of Verizon Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon Information. Upon request by CBB, Verizon shall make available to CBB the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

Upon request by CBBVNCI, Verizon shall make available to CBB VNCI the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBBVNCI, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

Verizon shall also make available to CBBBCN, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

Upon request by CBBSBCT, Verizon shall make available to CBB SBCT the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: offices a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and “Customer Guide Guide” close dates, publishing data, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also will make available to CBBSBCT, on upon written request, a copy of Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory alphabetical listings standards and specificationsspecifications manual.

Upon request by CBBCBAD, Verizon shall make available to CBB CBAD the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBBCBAD, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

Verizon shall also make available to CBBOnvoy, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.
