Verily Activities. At State’s direction with respect to each County, and subject to each such County’s willingness to collaborate and to abide by the terms of this Agreement, Verily will perform certain activities in collaboration with State and each County in support of State and Counties’ operation of the Program as follows (collectively, the “Verily Activities”):
Verily Activities. At State’s and CDPH’s joint direction with respect to each County, and subject to each such County’s willingness to collaborate and to abide by the terms of this Agreement, Verily will perform certain activities in collaboration with State, CDPH and each County in support of State, CDPH and Counties’ operation of the Program as follows (collectively, the “Verily Activities”):
