Verification of the Sample Clauses

Verification of the implementation of this Agreement with regard to matters concerning the utilization of water resources shall be made by the Joint Finnish-Soviet Commission on the Utilization of Frontier Watercourses, and with regard to the supply of compensatory power by the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Finland and by the Ministry of Foreign Trade in the Soviet Union. Any differences of opinion arising from the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be settled by the bodies mentioned in this article. If no agreement can be reached, such differences shall be settled through the diplomatic channel.
Verification of the occurrence of the cases of exclusion of the Full Service Maintenance Service The User accepts that it is for the exclusive and unquestionable judgement of SWAG OÜ to assess whether the grounds for exclusion from the full service maintenance service as set out in paragraph 10.5 above actually exist, and waives the right to raise any objections or reservations in this respect.
Verification of the subcontracted product or service In compliance with IATF 16949 our customers may specify in their contracts that they or their representatives shall be afforded the right at the subcontractor’s premises that subcontracted product conforms the specified requirements. Accordingly by accepting our conditions of the U-fax and a purchase order, the supplier allows Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Plastics and his customer to verify at suppliers premises that the purchased product meets the specified requirements.

  • Verification Silicon may, from time to time, verify directly with the respective Account Debtors the validity, amount and other matters relating to the Receivables, by means of mail, telephone or otherwise, either in the name of Borrower or Silicon or such other name as Silicon may choose.

  • Inspection and Verification Secured Party and such Persons as Secured Party may designate shall have the right, as reasonably required and upon reasonable notice, at Pledgor's own cost and expense, to inspect the Collateral, all records related thereto (and to make extracts and copies from such records) and the premises upon which any of the Collateral is located, to discuss Pledgor's affairs with the officers of Pledgor and its independent accountants and to verify the validity, amount, quality, quantity, value, condition and status of, or any other matter relating to, the Collateral, including by contacting account debtors or others obligated with respect to Collateral and, in the case of Collateral in the possession of any third person, the third Person possessing such Collateral.

  • E-Verification The Vendor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Vendor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Vendor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Vendor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. The breach of this agreement may subject Vendor to the following: termination of this contract for goods or services and ineligibility for any state or public contract in Mississippi for up to three (3) years with notice of such cancellation/termination being made public; the loss of any license, permit, certification, or other document granted to Vendor by an agency, department or governmental entity for the right to do business in Mississippi for up to one (1) year; or,

  • Verifications If Partner acquires Red Hat Products and/or Services directly from Red Hat, during the Term and for at least two (2) years thereafter, Partner will keep and maintain commercially reasonable written records regarding Partner’s use and distribution of the Red Hat Products and Services and business activities related to the Program(s) ("Records"). Red Hat may, at its own expense, verify the Records to determine Partner’s compliance with this Agreement. This verification may take the form of requests for information, documents or records (to which Partner will respond promptly), on-site visits (for which Partner shall grant Red Hat the requisite access), or both. The Parties will act reasonably and cooperate with each other in respect of such verifications. Any on-site visit will occur during regular business hours and will not interfere unreasonably with Partner’s business. For an on-site visit, Red Hat will give Partner at least thirty (30) day’s prior written notice.

  • Verification of Coverage Consultant shall furnish City with original certificates of insurance, as well as amendatory endorsements or copies of the applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this Agreement. All documents must be received and approved by the City before any Services commence; provided, however, that failure to obtain the required documents prior to the commencement of Services shall not waive Consultant’s obligation to provide them. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, at any time.

  • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.

  • Identity Verification In the case that the Subscriber provides telecommunication services to any Subscriber’s Customers pursuant to Section 8.1, the Subscriber is responsible for performing and shall perform personal identification of Subscriber’s Customer. SORACOM shall not bear any responsibility in relation to dealing with such matters.

  • Verification Procedure (1) The signature file of each processed file is validated.

  • MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION The goal of this task is to report the benefits resulting from this project by performing measurement and verification (M&V) of GHG and energy consumption reductions. The Recipient shall: • Enter into agreement with M&V subcontractor per Task 1.9. • Coordinate site visits with the M&V subcontractor at the demonstration site. • Develop M&V protocol for pre-installation measurements (and calculations): o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that are to be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified. o Ensure installation of sub-metering equipment and data loggers for pre/post data analysis. • Prepare and provide a detailed M&V Plan for the project demonstration site to include but not be limited to: o A description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used. o A description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured. o A description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed. o A description of the independent, third-party M&V services to be employed, if applicable. • Perform three months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of pre- installation measurements (and calculations) based on the M&V protocol for pre- installation. • Prepare and provide a Pre-Installation M&V Findings Report for the demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre-installation measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. • Develop M&V protocol for post-installation measurements (and calculations) of: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that will be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified • Perform 12 months or two seasons, for seasonal facilities, (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of post-installation measurements based on M&V protocol for post-installation. • Provide a summary of post-installation M&V progress in Progress Report(s) (see subtask 1.5) which shall include but not be limited to: o A narrative on operational highlights from the reporting period, including any stoppages in operation and why; and o A summary of M&V findings from the reporting period. • Analyze post-installation electrical, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions. • Prepare and provide a Post-Installation M&V Findings Report for the demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre and post installation measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. Results should at a minimum report on the reduction of electricity, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel usage and reductions of GHG emissions that directly result from this project, which shall include but not be limited to: o All key assumptions used to estimate and determine energy and GHG reductions (and additions, if applicable). o All key assumptions used to estimate projected benefits, including targeted market sector (e.g., population and geographic location), projected market penetration, baseline and projected energy use and cost, operating conditions, and emission reduction calculations. o Discussion of whether the energy production and GHG emission reductions identified in Section II.C were met. • Prepare a CPR Report #3 in accordance with subtask 1.3. • Participate in a CPR Meeting.   • Medical Verification The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence if the Town perceives the employee is abusing sick leave or has used an excessive amount of sick leave. The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence to verify that the employee is able to return to work with or without restrictions.
