Verification of Data. At least 21 days prior to filing any documents with any Regulatory Authority that incorporate data generated by Patheon, Client will give Patheon a copy of the documents incorporating this data to give Patheon the opportunity to verify the accuracy and regulatory validity of those documents as they relate to Patheon generated data.

Verification of Data. Prior to filing any documents with any Regulatory Authority that incorporate data generated by Patheon, Client will give Patheon a copy of the relevant portions of the documents incorporating this data to give Patheon the opportunity to verify the accuracy and regulatory validity of those documents as they relate to Patheon generated data. Patheon will promptly review the proposed submission and in no event shall take more than [***] (or such shorter period as required to meet the submission date for the relevant document) to perform this review and the parties may agree to a shorter time for the review as needed.
Verification of Data. Customer agrees that by submitting any Customer Data to Xxxxxxx though the Platform or otherwise, Customer: (i) has reviewed and approved all such Customer Data, (ii) represents and warrants to Xxxxxxx that the Customer Data is accurate and that no Customer Data will lead Xxxxxxx to violate the sanctions program of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury or any other applicable laws or regulations, (iii) waives and releases any claim against Xxxxxxx arising out of any errors in such Customer Data, and (iv) understands and acknowledges that Xxxxxxx may rely upon the Customer Data provided and that Xxxxxxx will not be responsible for errors that result from Xxxxxxx’x reliance on the Customer Data.
