Common use of Verification of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Verification of Coverage. The Contractor shall furnish to the District the documentation set forth in paragraph g. below prior to the effective date of the Contract and, at least 30 days prior to expiration of the insurance required herein, furnish to the District renewal documentation. Each required document shall be signed by the insurer or a person authorized by the insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. The District reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all insurance required herein at any time.
