Verification Checks Sample Clauses

A verification-checks clause establishes the right or obligation for one party to confirm the accuracy or compliance of certain information, documents, or processes provided by the other party. In practice, this may involve conducting background checks, reviewing records, or inspecting deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards or legal requirements. The core function of this clause is to provide assurance and mitigate risk by allowing parties to validate key representations or performance before proceeding or finalizing an agreement.
