Verification Act Sample Clauses

Verification Act. On a quarterly basis the Verification Act should be fully executed by both Parties. The Seller shall send by fax or by email to the Buyer the Verification Act signed by the Seller once in a quarter. Within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Verification Act signed by the Seller the Buyer shall check the Goods delivered quantity, amount paid for the Goods, and provide the Seller with its motivated objections (if any). The Seller shall consider such motivated objections within 7 (seven) calendar days and put the corrections into the Verification Act or negotiate with the Buyer on the amicable basis the content of the Verification Act which should be executed by both Parties. Without prejudice to the above, the Verification Act shall be executed upon any Party request if any.
