THE BORROWER HEREBY CONSENTS TO PERSONAL JURISDICTION IN THOSE WISCONSIN COURTS, AND WAIVES ANY DEFENSES THAT MAKER OTHERWISE MIGHT HAVE RELATING THERETO.
