Common use of Vendor’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Vendor’s Responsibility. If Seller determines that the Interface Problem is primarily attributable to a defect in the design of a component not manufactured to Seller’s design, Seller shall, if requested by Buyer, assist Buyer in processing any warranty claim Buyer may have against the manufacturer of such component.
