Common use of Vendor’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Vendor’s Obligations. The Vendor shall have performed each of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent required to be performed on or before the Closing Date, including delivery of all documents, instruments and other items specified elsewhere in this Agreement; (c)

Vendor’s Obligations. The Vendor shall will have performed each of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent required to be performed on or before the Closing Date, including delivery Date except to the extent that any obligation is affected by the Purchaser electing the Closing Date pursuant to the last sentence of all documents, instruments and other items specified elsewhere in this Agreement; (cSection 1.1(20)).

Vendor’s Obligations. The Vendor Vendors shall have performed each of its their obligations under this Agreement to the extent required to be performed on or before the Closing Date, including delivery of all documents, instruments and other items specified elsewhere in this Agreement; (c)Agreement and the Vendors shall have delivered a certificate of a senior officer of each of the Vendors addressed to the Purchaser to that effect dated the Closing Date.
