Vendor Relationships. IPS will work in good faith with Operator to introduce Operator to certain of IPS’ vendors and to determine if favorable purchasing terms may be available to Operator due to such vendors’ business relationship with IPS.
Vendor Relationships. Customer acknowledges that Level 3 has -------------------- established relationships and high level contacts with certain vendors (including Microsoft and Compaq) and this Agreement and the relationship created hereby will not give Customer any right to participate in or otherwise influence or affect Level 3's business dealings and relationships with such vendors. Customer also has independent business relationships with certain vendors (including Microsoft and Compaq) and intends and commits to use those business relationships in connection with a good faith effort to generate increased platform demand for Level 3's Services. Further, it is Level 3's intention to feature Customer's Advanced Microsoft Hosting Services as part of Level 3's relationship with Microsoft and Compaq. Toward this objective, Customer and Level 3 will work cooperatively together to address Microsoft initiatives such Microsoft's Business to Consumer and Business to Business E-Commerce programs in a manner that features Level 3's Services and Customer's Advanced Microsoft Hosting Services. Likewise, Data Return and Level 3 will work cooperatively together to address Compaq market development initiatives in a manner that features Level 3's Services and Customer's Advanced Microsoft Hosting Services.
Vendor Relationships. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, it is contemplated that Seller will terminate all of its vendor relationships related to Branch operations effective as of the Closing Date.

In addition to being solely responsible for the investment research regarding Securities, UVEST shall be solely. responsible for all contracts and discussions with all vendors of Securities regarding the quality or investment characteristics of such Securities, their availability and all other matters related to such Securities, and UVEST shall be solely responsible for all other aspects of the relationship between such vendors and the UVEST Program.
Vendor Relationships. The Contractor will be restricted from entering into business relationships with vendors and manufacturers currently used by the Company for 24 months after the termination of this contract. This includes but is not limited to Xxxxx Xxxxxx, EASI, Alumalight, Intellidyne, HySave, eCube and Telkonet.
Vendor Relationships. If required for Ascent to perform its obligations, OCV will facilitate the relationship between OCV’s vendors or system integrators (such as DVA) with Ascent, such that Ascent receives information or assistance required for it to perform services under this Agreement.
Vendor Relationships. We will strive to establish relationships with vendors which offer products and services related to the operation of Your Business. We will strive to obtain pricing which enables You to purchase the product or service at a cost which is lower than costs available in the general marketplace. We cannot guarantee that such relationships and lower pricing can be obtained.
Vendor Relationships a. Following any Manufacturing Notice, NEC shall use its best efforts to ensure that its third party vendors of hardware components for the Joint Products agree to supply such components to Stratus on the same terms and conditions (including pricing) as they are supplied to NEC. Upon Stratus’s request, NEC agrees that Stratus may purchase such components from NEC under the Supply Agreement. In such event, unless prohibited under the contract with such vendors, NEC shall order the components from such vendors on Stratus’s behalf and purchase price for such components shall be the Actual Manufacturing Cost as defined in the Supply Agreement.
Vendor Relationships. During the Transition Period, HP agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate the transfer to Pinnacle of the vendor relationships which primarily relate to the Manufacture of the Products.
