VEHICULAR EQUIPMENT. Schedule 3.26 attached hereto contains a list of all vehicular equipment owned or leased by Cable Systems and the Subsidiaries of Cable Systems as of May 15, 1999. Such vehicular equipment is in roadworthy condition and is capable of satisfying the inspection requirements and performance standards prescribed by the Highway Traffic Act (Ontario) and the Regulations thereto, as may be amended from time to time, for its particular type or class. Additional vehicles have been or may be leased in the ordinary course of business after May 15, 1999.

VEHICULAR EQUIPMENT. The only vehicular equipment owned or leased by the Company are a leased 2006 Honda Accord and a leased 2006 Ford F150 Van. There is a 1999 Ford truck (the ”Ford Truck”) that is owned by an affiliate of the Vendor and that should also be an owned asset of the Company at Closing; if not so owned at Closing then the Ford Truck shall be dealt with pursuant to Section 5.6. Such vehicular equipment (inlcuding the Ford Truck) is in road-worthy condition and is capable of satisfying the inspection requirements and performance standards prescribed by the Highway Traffic Act (Ontario) and the Regulations thereto for their particular type or class.
VEHICULAR EQUIPMENT. Schedule 3.24 attached hereto contains a list of all vehicular equipment owned or leased by Micro Tech as of the Effective Date. Such vehicular equipment is in roadworthy condition.

  • Equipment and Inventory With respect to any Equipment and/or Inventory of an Obligor, each such Obligor has exclusive possession and control of such Equipment and Inventory of such Obligor except for (i) Equipment leased by such Obligor as a lessee or (ii) Equipment or Inventory in transit with common carriers. No Inventory of an Obligor is held by a Person other than an Obligor pursuant to consignment, sale or return, sale on approval or similar arrangement.

  • Location of Equipment and Inventory All Equipment and Inventory are (i) located at the locations indicated on Schedule 4 (ii) in transit to such locations or (iii) in transit to a third party purchaser which will become obligated on a Receivable to the Debtor upon receipt.   • Fixtures and Equipment Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (as applicable) has good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, the tangible personal property, equipment, improvements, fixtures, and other personal property and appurtenances that are used by the Company or its Subsidiary in connection with the conduct of its business (the “Fixtures and Equipment”). Schedule 4.14 describes all Fixed Assets owned by or an interest in which is claimed by any other person (whether a customer, supplier or other person) for which the Company is responsible (copies of all agreements relating thereto being attached to said Schedule 4.14), and all such property is in the Company’s actual possession and is in such condition that upon the return of such property in its present condition to its owner, the Company will not be liable in any amount to such owner. There are no outstanding requirements or recommendations by any insurance company that has issued a policy covering either (i) such Fixed Assets or (ii) any liabilities of the Company relating to operation of the Business, or by any board of fire underwriters or other body exercising similar functions, requiring or recommending any repairs or work to be done on any Fixed Assets or any changes in the operations of the Business, any equipment or machinery used therein, or any procedures relating to such operations, equipment or machinery. All Fixed Assets of the Company are set forth on Schedule 4.14 hereto.

  • Leased Equipment Schedule 3.16(e) hereto contains a list of all leases or other agreements, whether written or oral, under which the Corporation is lessee of or holds or operates any items of machinery, equipment, tools, motor vehicles, furniture and fixtures or other property (other than real property) owned by any third party (collectively, the "Leased Equipment").
