Vehicle Titles. The necessary certificates of titles duly endorsed for transfer together with any required affidavits and other documentation necessary for the transfer of title or assignment of leases from Seller to Buyer of any motor vehicles used in connection with the Hotel’s operations.
Vehicle Titles. Title certificates to all vehicles included -------------- among the Assets, endorsed for transfer of title to Buyer, and separate bills of sale therefor if required by the laws of the state in which such vehicles are titled;

Vehicle Titles. On or before June 15, 2014, provide evidence satisfactory to Bank that Bank is listed as a first lienholder on all titles for vehicles owned by Borrower and provide the original vehicle titles to Bank.
