Vehicle Storage. Neither Tenant nor any occupant shall store or park any unlicensed or inoperable vehicle, 138. or any motor home, camper, trailer, boat or other recreational vehicle on or around the Premises. Neither Tenant 139. nor any occupant shall store or park any commercial truck on or around the Premises.
