Vehicle Signage and Painting. Collection vehicles shall have with the Contractor's name, Contractor’s customer service telephone number, and the number of the vehicle. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the Contractor except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste programs. Contractor shall repaint all vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City Representative.

Vehicle Signage and Painting. Collection vehicles shall be painted and numbered uniquely without repetition and shall have the Contractor’s name, the Contractor’s customer service telephone number, and the number of the vehicle painted in letters of contrasting color, at least six (6) inches high, on each side and the rear of each vehicle. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the Contractor except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials programs or such other signage as may be approved by the Contract Administrator in writing. The Contractor shall repaint all vehicles (including vehicle striping if appropriate) during the Term of this Agreement as necessary to maintain a positive public image.

No advertising shall be permitted other than the name 21 of the CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials, Green 22 Waste/Organic Waste programs and clean air vehicle signage. CONTRACTOR shall repaint all 23 vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as 24 necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City 25 Representative.

Contractor must repaint all vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the Agreement Administrator, but not less often than once every five years beginning January 1, 2022.

CONTRACTOR shall inspect all vehicles on an annual basis and repaint all vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Contract on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the Contract Administrator. If requested by the CITY, CONTRACTOR shall display the name of the City and City logo on the Collection vehicles.

Contractor must repaint all vehicles 2299 (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a 2300 positive public image as reasonably determined by the Agreement Administrator, but not less often than 2301 once every five years beginning July 1, 2023. 2302 2303 18.09 Bin and Roll-off Signage, Painting, and Cleaning. All metal bins and Roll-offs of any service type furnished by Contractor must be either painted or galvanized. All metal or plastic bins and Roll-offs must 2304 display Contractor’s name, Contractor’s customer service telephone number, and the number of the Bin or 2305 Roll-off and must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. Bins and Roll-offs should be free of dents and 2306 graffiti and newly painted at the start of this Agreement, and painted as needed to maintain an orderly 2307 appearance throughout the term of the Agreement, but not less frequently than once every three years. Bins 2308 and Roll-offs may be subject to periodic, unscheduled inspections by City and determination as to sanitary

CITY may specify the format of the alpha-numeric numbering sequence to be used, so that all vehicles in use have a unique identifier. No advertising shall be permitted on the collection vehicles other than the name of CONTRACTOR and promotional advertisement of the CITY. Collection vehicles shall be painted white and vehicle striping and logos shall be painted CONTRACTOR’s primary corporate colors. CONTRACTOR shall repaint all collection vehicles (including the vehicles’ striping) to the satisfaction of the City Representative during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image, as reasonably determined by the City Representative. Collection vehicles shall be identified as City of San ▇▇▇▇ Recycle Plus collection vehicles, or other name, identity, or program reasonably designated by the CITY, through the use of interchangeable signs. These signs may also contain other CITY-related announcements in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages as directed by the City Representative. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for equipping both sides of the collection vehicles with frames capable of securing signs of dimensions 29-3/16” high by 93-3/16” wide or other dimensions designated by the City Representative. CITY shall provide such signs to CONTRACTOR with a minimum of one (1) week’s notice prior to design changes. CONTRACTOR shall install the signs in the frames, and may not be required to change signs more than once every quarter.
